Our Process

The Discovery Meeting

Our Discovery Meeting is a time to get to know each other. There is no obligation or cost. It is a comfortable 50-minute conversation during which we begin to learn about your important concerns and expectations. You will have the opportunity to learn about our company, and to ask questions about our qualifications and experience, our values and best practices. We may share current, actionable examples of how we are helping protect our clients from unnecessary risk, while at the same time maximizing the potential of compelling opportunities. Refreshingly, this is not a sales presentation. The goal of our Discovery meeting is simply to provide you with specific, detailed information about our firm, philosophy and practices, and frankly, for us to determine if our firm is a good fit for your specific situation.

The Due Diligence Process

Our Due Diligence Process is an in-depth effort through which we will gain a thorough understanding of your unique financial concerns. We will ask detailed questions about your personal and professional relationships, financial risks and goals. We want to clearly understand what you expect your wealth, and Covenant Wealth Management to accomplish for you over time.

The Solutions Meeting

During your Solutions Meeting we will present personalized recommendations as a clear, actionable, and powerful roadmap toward your financial goals. Our recommendations will include ideas to consider for how to get from where you are today to where you plan to be in the future. We will also discuss the risks or constraints that may affect your results over time.

The New Client Process

Our new client onboarding process includes opening your accounts, depositing cash, and/or transferring assets from other custodians. We will ask permission to contact your legal and financial professionals as we routinely coordinate with these professionals to implement our recommendations.

Review Process

Our Review Process diligently measures the progress you are making toward your goals. This is an ongoing, dynamic process. At least quarterly we will perform a thorough evaluation of your accounts. This includes an assessment of the performance of your securities portfolio. We will rebalance when needed to maintain an efficient asset allocation, (rebalancing may carry tax consequences) and we will evaluate additional opportunities that may help optimize your return.  When presenting our findings we prefer to meet in person, however, we can communicate via electronic media or written letter. We will invite you to meet with us for an in-depth performance review and ongoing due diligence interview at least annually.
